An example would be that a vendor of yours emails you price updates in Microsoft XLS spreadsheet format and you are unable to update your ecommerce software via Microsoft XLS spreadsheet format. Call (or write) us, we can help. We can take your vendor's price updates and convert them to, say, a cvs format, tdf format, or mysql format as suits your ecommerce software. (Should your eccomerce software not support automated price updates then maybe we could also add that feature to your administrative section.)
